Well heres a new update! Our nuserary has some new additions to it. Recently cardinal tetras were introduced into the tank for water indication purposes and for beautifying the tank. A CO2 canister has also been installed which have greatly improved the condition of the tank. Plants are starting to bubble and look more green. Some pics =)

Current specs of the tank...Ph 6.8 tempreature 24 degree celcius, NO2 none , NH3/4 none Crs C grade and B grade used for testing still alive and hav moulted.
The long leaves belong to the narrow java which we recently aquired and trying to cultivate.
A yamato/amano shrimp cleaning up the leaves
And a full view of the tank.As u can see the tank have been changed quite abit. The left side of the tank has been cleared to make space for downoi which hav been planted. The UG plant aka chendol or dragon claw plant has also fully established itself along with the japanese hairgrass.
The back of the tank is filled with low light plants like the narrow java and various other aquatic ferns along with moss like fissiden and mini pelia.
And last but not least..the completed CRS tank.first 5 compartments are planted with japanese hairgrass and the last 2 with glosso.A piece of coral chip or mineral rock is placed in each compartment for buffering Ph and increasing mineral content for the shrimps.Frog bits are used for temporary nutrient balancing till the hairgrass and glosso is fully grown.
Ok thats all for updates =)
